The name "Kompa", the logo, the visual identity and all elements making up the website (text, images, graphics, layout, source code, structure and software components) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of Kompa, unless otherwise stated.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of these elements, by any means and on any medium whatsoever, is prohibited without Kompa's prior written authorisation. Any unauthorised use of the website or of any of its elements may engage the liability of its author and constitute an infringement within the meaning of Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Any third-party trademarks and logos that may be cited on the website are the property of their respective owners. With respect to deliverables produced as part of Kompa's services, the terms governing the assignment of rights are set out in the terms and conditions of sale: the source code and design elements are assigned to the client upon full payment of the price.

4. Personal data and cookies

The terms governing the collection and processing of personal data are detailed in the privacy policy, which forms an integral part of this legal notice.

The website is a static site. It uses no tracking cookies: no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. Fonts are self-hosted: no calls are made to third-party font services. The only browser storage that may occur is strictly technical and necessary for the website to function.

The contact form collects your name, email address, project type, estimated budget and a free-text message, solely in order to respond to your request. The data submitted is processed by a serverless function hosted with Vercel Inc. (United States), then delivered by email to Kompa through the email service Resend, Inc. (United States — resend.com), both acting as processors. No data is sold or used for profiling purposes.

This processing involves transfers of data to the United States, outside the European Union. Such transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards, namely the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Kompa endeavours to ensure that the information published on the website is accurate and up to date, and reserves the right to modify its content at any time and without notice.
